Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee bakery-cafe operations on great shifts, ensuring high guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards. You will coach and develop team members, drive sales, maintain a clean, safe cafe environment, and uphold food safety.

You will lead with strong operational focus and participate in the cafe's management ethos, working with the AGM/GM to foster engagement and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant supervision experience preferred.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Completed Team Leader Development Program.
• Willingness to learn and grow into Assistant General Manager career path.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team members to run great shifts.
• Coach staff to meet sales goals and execute foundational processes.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and high-quality bakery-cafe operations.
• Uphold food safety standards and safe workplace practices.
• Communicate with team and escalate issues as needed.
