Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Proven ability to drive positive results and understand the business.
• Completed Advanced Leadership Development Program for AGM development.
• Proven ability to run great shifts and coach team members.
• ServSafe certified.
• Minimum age – 18 years; ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe operations and team development to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Staffing, scheduling, and succession planning to optimize performance.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Uphold company policies and bakery-cafe systems; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop managers and staff for high-quality guest service.
• Hire, train, and motivate team members to meet quality standards.
