You will own all operational aspects, including staffing, scheduling, development, performance management, training and succession planning to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, onboard and develop team members, motivate the team, and maintain brand standards while controlling costs and inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team and oversee operations.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, people development and performance management.
• Hire, onboard, train and motivate team members, and coach the entire staff.
• Ensure guest service, quality standards and company strategies are followed.
• Manage costs, inventory and maintain a safe workplace.
• Develop managers on processes and Panera's values and behaviors.
