Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Able to pass background check.
• Strong business acumen with results orientation.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead bakery-cafe operations to drive guest satisfaction and business results.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management and training.
• Develop and coach managers; implement Panera’s values and policies.
