Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proven ability to drive positive results and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems.
• Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and development across the team.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Supervise performance to meet bakery-cafe goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with the GM to develop managers on Panera’s guiding values and processes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality food, service, and teamwork.
