The role requires 3+ years of GM experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment including nights and weekends. You will model Panera values and foster warmth, belonging and growth.

• 3+ years GM in restaurant industry.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Background check required.
• Proven ability to drive positive business results.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team, staffing needs, scheduling, development, performance management and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard, train, motivate and celebrate the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, quality standards and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera values & behaviors.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure every guest is delighted by food, service and staff.
• Build relationships that drive long-term, loyal guests.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain bakery-cafe costs and inventory.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
