Panera Bread is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead the bakery-cafe team, oversee staffing, operations, and guest service, and drive business results with Panera’s values. You will hire, train, and coach staff, balance costs, and ensure food safety and quality on every shift.

You will foster a warm, inclusive culture, develop managers, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a memorable Panera experience to guests and the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Background check required.
• Strong business acumen to drive results.
• Able to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment and develop others.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Adherence to Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors.
