Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the bakery-cafe team and oversee operations.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and people development.
• Hire, onboard, train new team members and motivate the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals and guest service standards.
