85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring a Storefront Associate for the Flushing, NY location. This entry-level role offers part-time or full-time schedules with a competitive hourly wage of $17.50–$18.00 and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the POS system accurately.
• Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Working collaboratively with teammates and store leadership.
• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas: Cashier, Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
