Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in East Hanover, NJ is seeking entry-level team members for flexible full-time/part-time roles. You will deliver friendly service, greet guests, and handle product selection while operating the POS and preparing beverages.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and a positive guest experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, some customer service experience, and be willing to obtain ServSafe if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
