85°C Bakery Cafe in Arrowhead Ranch, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as the General Manager's right hand, driving store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing and coaching a high-performing team.

You will help manage store financials, labor, and inventory, uphold standards of quality and cleanliness, and support recruitment and training. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience
• Experience supervising 10+ team members
• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive store sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; act as manager-on-duty when GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor and inventory.
• Champion high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of the team.
