Panera Bread Palm Bch Gardens is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our bakery-café and partner with the GM to drive operations and customer satisfaction. You will coach, develop, and mentor a dynamic team while maintaining Panera standards for service, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities include building a strong culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing staffing, scheduling, and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
