Responsibilities:
Bakers are responsible for preparing baked goods and displaying them. They will operate mixers, ovens, scales, slicers, fryers, and will wrap and price items within the bakery department. Bakers will ice pastries, decorate cakes, fill displays, and assist customers with purchases and any other tasks assigned by management. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean work area and following all safety rules set in place by the store, adhering to strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
