Responsibilities:

  1. Typically works overnight.
  2. Mixes and cooks cake donuts and fancy donuts.
  3. Prepares donut icings.
  4. Monitors quantities and manages production to eliminate shortages and overages of products produced.
  5. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and bakery.
