Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Wyckoff, NJ is hiring for a Bakery position. You will proof and bake unfinished bakery goods, unpack shipments, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area while delivering excellent member service.

Experience in a bakery or customer service environment is preferred, plus being at least 18 years old. The role supports club standards and operates within a team that values speed, accuracy, and friendly help for members.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays based on production charts.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards in the bakery area.
• Answers questions and takes special orders from members.
• Ensures products are fresh and properly priced and labeled; rotates stock as needed.
