Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep displays clean and well-stocked, front-facing and rotate products.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to team leaders.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, properly groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and assist customers.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report safety hazards and other duties assigned by leadership.
