Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Bakery team member to proof and bake items, stock displays, and assist with customer needs. You’ll follow production charts, prepare daily workflows, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities include handling finished goods, packaging, labeling, and aiding with deliveries. The role requires teamwork, reliability and a friendly attitude toward members and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods according to product handling info.
• Unpacks goods from freezer and displays per production chart.
• Package baked goods and rotate/store per safety and freshness rules.
• Receive, inspect and store bakery shipments; ensure items are fresh.
• Label products and perform price checks; maintain clean, sanitized areas.
• Assist others and uphold club policies and safety procedures.
