Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years bakery experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will maintain cleanliness and assist with merchandising and stocking.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years bakery experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Able to stand for up to 3 hours per shift and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations; food handler permit.

Responsabilités

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and present products attractively.
• Keep bakery area clean, safe, and sanitary; clean shelves and floors.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy; discard outdated items.
• Receive and inspect product shipments for quantity, temp, and quality.
• Communicate with customers and take special orders.
