Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Baker in the RoNetco NJ Bakery department to assist the Bakery Manager with daily operations, including baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging, and filling of designated pastry and bread items. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing department while following company policies.

Responsibilities include preparing products per recipes, ensuring freshness, stocking, pricing, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper signage.
