Candidates should be detail oriented, committed to exceeding customer expectations, and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service beyond the customer’s expectation while showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Create memorable interactions and commit to making each guest’s experience the best.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Perform job‑specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and fully comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Cross‑train in each department: Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Work requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The position involves near continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures within coolers and freezers.
