Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to job role and recipes.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products following established procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency standards.
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout production process and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment following safety guidelines.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines; assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other bakery or storefront departments as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
