Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the counter
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Coordinate daily cake/pastry orders and production
• Record deliveries and resolve errors
• Coach and support new and existing staff
• Oversee register and cash drawer accuracy
• Handle in-store and phone orders
• Scan orders and update bakery system
• Maintain temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
• Enforce company policies and professional conduct
