Job summary

Genesis Hospitality is seeking a Bakery Assistant Manager for a high-volume bakery in Princeton. This Full Time role requires leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage weekday/night/weekend shifts including holidays. You will oversee counter duties, inventory, and ensure quality service and compliance with company policies.

Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment is preferred, with bilingual Spanish being a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the counter.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars.
• Maintain a very clean work environment.
• Monitor daily cake/pastry orders and matrix.
• Record all deliveries and any errors.
• Coach and support staff members.
• Oversee register and cash drawer with proper cash.
• Handle customer orders in store and by phone.
• Maintain temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and guidelines.
