Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related bakery experience.
• 10
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign and direct work with bakery team.
• Review sales history, ads and promotions to support profitability.
• Maintain in-stock levels and review inventory and product ordering.
• Ensure quality control, food safety standards and proper dating/rotation of goods.
• Assist with production, packaging, labeling, catering and occasional delivery.
