You will train partners, manage inventory, and supervise bakery tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, food safety certifications, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year bakery experience or equivalent
• Food Handler certification is required
• Manager Food Safety certification is required

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical sales data, ads and promotions with upper management.
• Co-manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels; monitor loss and labor data.
• Safely operate bakery equipment and ensure product quality and safety.
• Assist with production, packaging, labeling, and occasional delivery of baked goods.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work environment and customer area.
