Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or foodservice environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success coaching others to deliver a superior guest experience, training new team members, directing work, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to learn new technologies.
