Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House and Back of House duties as directed by PIC.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store through cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Greet and serve Guests and handle payments at the cash register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar and assist bakers as needed.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, portion, weigh, and store them.
• Package cakes into boxes.
