Responsibilities

• Produce, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products per recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision to ensure presentation quality.
• Separate, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout production.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety regulations.
• Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
