Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Biloxi is seeking a bakery/food prep hand to measure, mix, bake, and decorate pastries and desserts. You will follow established recipes, maintain clean workstations, and ensure safe handling per time/temperature standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in bakery or restaurant preferred, and ServSafe Alcohol certification. Weekend and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in bakery or full-service restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe Alcohol certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes ingredients, and bakes according to recipes.
• Decorates and finishes cakes and pastries to satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions of workstation.
• Abides by FIFO procedures and proper time/temperature controls.
