Ideal candidates have bakery or restaurant experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. This on-site role requires 18+ and includes training and team-based service standards under the Total Rewards program.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in bakery or full-service restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe Alcohol training certification is required.

Mansioni

• Measures and mixes ingredients to form dough or batter according to recipes.
• Shapes dough for cookies, bread, pies, and pastries and bakes to recipe specifications.
• Adjusts oven temperatures to achieve proper bake results.
• Prepares and cooks ingredients for pie fillings, puddings, custards, or other desserts.
• Decorates and finishes cakes and pastries to satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions of workstation and equipment.
• Reports issues and guest complaints to leadership and supports excellent customer service.
