Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Biloxi, MS is seeking a bakery/kitchen team member to join our fast-paced environment. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake dough items, ensuring recipes are followed and quality standards are met.

You will maintain food safety practices, operate kitchen equipment, and provide excellent service to guests in a dynamic entertainment setting. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in bakery or full-service restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and safety procedures preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter and follow recipes.
• Shape dough and bake products to recipe specifications.
• Adjust oven temperatures and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Prepare and cook ingredients for fillings and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of workstation and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
