Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products while ensuring quality and consistency.

Maintain a clean workspace, rotate ingredients, and keep cases well stocked and visually appealing. You will also assist customers with product questions and special orders, contributing to a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients.
