Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a friendly and skilled Baker to contribute to fresh, high-quality bakery offerings. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes, measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking to preserve consistency and presentation.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area, rotate ingredients, and ensure products are displayed attractively. You’ll assist customers, take special orders, and collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts following recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production and ensure timely operations.
