Job summary

maman is a cafe-bakery-kitchen-event-catering company founded in 2014, known for homemade baked goods and comforting foods in a family-driven culture. We’re seeking a baker to join maman’s commissary team in Charlotte, NC to bake, learn recipes, and keep a sparkling kitchen.

You will work collaboratively, adapt to maman’s unique culture, and support multiple roles, including weekends and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house baker with pastry knowledge and a sweet tooth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive, collaborative attitude to meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Bake and create in a specific station.
• Learn maman recipes and methods.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with restocking at end of shift to support team.
• Support various roles on the floor as needed.
