You will measure ingredients, mix and knead dough, bake items, apply decorations, manage sanitation, and assist customers with product questions and custom orders as needed. Prior experience in retail bakery is a plus.

• Prepare: Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Mixing & Kneading: Combine ingredients using mixers and knead dough.
• Baking: Shape dough, load ovens, monitor times and temperatures.
• Finishing & Decorating: Apply icings, glazes, toppings and decorations.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, ovens and tools.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock, track deliveries and order supplies.
• Customer Service (Retail): Greet customers, answer questions, fulfill custom orders.
