We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread, pizza crusts and cookies. Baker responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a Baker or be willing to learn and work independently and follow through with our operating standards. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious buns and pizzas to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Open the bakery early in the morning
• Clean equipment and tools before use
• Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
• Bake different bread types, pizza crusts and cookies
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Track food supplies and place orders, as needed

Skills

• Training will be provided but experience as a Baker is a plus.
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters is a plus
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
