Responsabilités

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
• Decorate and finish baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies.

We are hiring a part-time baker production associate who can work on the weekend including holiday. The shift hour is from 4:00 AM-12:30 PM. Relevant experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
