Job summary

Dunkin Donuts in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a bakery production team member to manage the production of donuts, bagels, muffins and other baked goods while keeping display cases well stocked and attractive.

You will bake, frost and fill items, prep stock for sale, maintain a clean work area, follow brand standards, safety and sanitation rules, and help manage inventory and waste documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with baking and decorating a variety of donuts, bagels, muffins and related items.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to manage product inventory and document daily production and waste.
