Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, fry and assemble department products; manage production schedules.
• Lead bakery clerks, provide direction, and maintain department standards.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper equipment operation in the bakery.
• Review product freshness, correct labeling, and rotate stock as needed.
