Job summary

Schlotzsky's is hiring for a Baker to bake our fresh breads and pizza crusts daily and ensure quality. Bakers must follow recipe standards, maintain sanitation, and operate baking equipment safely. This is a consistent, on-site bakery role with opportunities for advancement and a meal-discount perk.

Responsibilities include baking batches per daily PAR/BAKE orders, keeping the workstation clean, and ensuring accurate weights and proper dough handling throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• General baking tasks and following standard recipes.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery.
• Ability to handle hot equipment and heavy dough as part of daily duties.
