Job summary

Schlotzsky's in Evansville, WY is seeking a full-time baker to bake breads and pizza crusts to Baked Fresh Daily standards. You will follow recipe guidelines, measure ingredients precisely, and ensure product quality throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include baking batches per daily orders, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with safety and sanitation rules. Must be at least 18 and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work independently and multitask.
• Able to lift and move heavy dough and baking pans.

Responsibilities

• Bake batches according to daily bake orders.
• Maintain high quality and consistent bread and crust products.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist managers in determining current bread levels and bake sequence.
• Adhere to all safety and health code requirements (OSHA and SERVSAFE).
• Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner.
