Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce standard baked goods: breads, cakes, cookies, pastries.
• Assist in developing new recipes and menu items when applicable.
• Unload, clean and operate mixers.
• Maintain production and sanitation records and follow procedures.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, following safety standards.
• Meet HACCP sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required.
