Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee in Texas, is hiring Bakers/Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be cross-trained in basic baking and crew duties, serving products with enthusiasm and maintaining cleanliness.

The role can be taken part-time while pursuing studies or a pathway to management with growth opportunities. Training is provided; uniforms and standards are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some training is online.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Able to operate standard restaurant equipment; may involve lifting 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive in a timely manner and ready at the start of your shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity to team members and guests.
• Follow the communication guidelines in your store.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show a passion for learning.
• Be accountable for your designated responsibilities on shift.
• Learn and be capable of performing multiple tasks.
• Receive training in baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery items.
