Qualifications

• Experience in baking or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of baking methods, standards and food safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop ingredients as needed.
• Operate ovens, stoves, mixers and related equipment.
• Use utensils safely including knives.
• Store food per safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintain positive customer service demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and protect company assets.
