Job summary

Aramark is seeking a baker to join our Food Services Team. You will bake and prepare items according to recipes, set up your workstation with required ingredients and equipment, and measure and mix ingredients as needed.

You will operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and other equipment while upholding strict food safety standards. Physical tasks and adherence to PPE and safety policies are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role.
• Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations (proper handling, sanitation, storage).
• Required to obtain food safety certification(s).
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
