Olympic Medical Center on Washington’s North Olympic Peninsula is seeking a Baker/Caterer to prepare breakfast, breads and desserts for patient meals, café, and catered functions. In this role you’ll plan, prepare and execute approved catering events, work closely with chefs and kitchen staff, and maintain stock levels, submitting grocery requests and invoices as needed.

Education: high school diploma preferred; professional bakery/Culinary Arts training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Professional baker’s training and/or Culinary Arts training preferred.
• Minimum of two years baking and/or catering experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breakfast, breads and desserts for patient meals, café menu and catered functions.
• Plan, prepare and execute approved catering functions; work with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and submit grocery requests and invoices as needed.
