Job summary

The Missouri Athletic Club, Downtown Saint Louis, is hiring a Bread Baker to join our award-winning kitchen team. You will bake breads, pastries, cakes and cookies from approved recipes, and help develop and refine offerings to ensure consistent quality.

We value strong time-management, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude, with flexibility for early-morning shifts. Culinary certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Worker.
• Knowledge of commercial baking equipment, food safety practices, and cake decorating techniques.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and flexibility to work early morning shifts.
• Culinary certification preferred but not required.

Bread Baker Responsibilities:
