Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift, every time
• Bake fresh bread in our open‑hearth ovens with consistency and pride
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to the craft
• Help keep things moving — support the team and jump in where needed

What You Bring

• A genuine love for baking and food craftsmanship
• Attention to detail and a high standard for quality
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Prior baking or kitchen experience a plus — but we’ll train the right person!
