Job summary

The Dunkin' bakery team member supports overnight production of donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep items. You will work independently to meet production needs while maintaining a clean, organized bakery area and equipment.

You will operate ovens and production equipment, ensure food safety standards and proper dating/labeling of products, and keep bakery cases stocked and presentable for customers.

Qualifications

• Baker duties include production of donuts, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep items.
• Must meet date standards and label all products.
• Overnight shift; ability to work independently.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 30 pounds and stand 4–8 hours.

The baker is responsible for production for the restaurant (including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and any other prep product needed). This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of productions including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained.

We are seeking someone with the following qualities:

• Extremely punctual. Our production depends on the baker

• Clean and Organized. Donut finisher duties include filling and frosting of donuts, filling od donut case during morning hours and cleaning up of work station at end of shift including washing all equipment, cleaning donut production area and leaving freezer and stock area clean and organized.
• The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply.
