Job summary

Workstream is seeking a baker for an overnight shift responsible for producing donuts, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep items. The role requires independent work to meet production needs and to manage ovens, equipment, freezers, floors and cases while maintaining cleanliness.

You will follow brand standards, safety and sanitation guidelines, label and date products, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight hours (8pm–5am)
• Must be able to stand for 4–8 hours
• Must meet physical requirements (hearing, speaking, seeing, lifting up to 30 lb)
• Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must maintain clean and neat work environment

Responsibilities

• The baker is responsible for production for the restaurant (donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep items).
• Overnight shift coverage and independent work to meet production needs.
• Maintain production areas, ovens, equipment, freezers, floors, walls, and bakery cases.
• Ensure all food safety standards and dating/labeling are followed.
